Energy Department thinks Rick Perry's briefing appearance was a win

The Energy Department is so proud of its boss.

A couple hours after Energy Secretary Rick Perry appeared in the White House briefing as part of the Trump administration's Energy Week, the department's press arm tweeted, GIF and all, "#TFW when you nailed the @WhiteHouse press briefing."

We can only hope that other departments take note.
