Robbery

1Ten shirts valued at approximately $500 were stolen and an employee was threatened with a taser at Victoria's Secret, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 1:45 p.m. March 28. The complainant told police that two females picked up the stack of shirts and began to walk towards the door. When confronted, one of them produced and activated the taser, threatening an employee. The suspects reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle described as a silver Hyundai with either a Wisconsin or Minnesota license plate similar to 408-XJW.

Burglary

2Construction equipment was stolen from a trailer located in the 3200 block of Pilgrim Road sometime between 1 p.m. March 17 and 6 a.m. March 28. A lock was cut off in order to gain entry to the trailer.

Theft

3A handbag valued at $248 was stolen by an unknown woman from Stan's Fit for Your Feet, 17155 W. Bluemound Road, on March 17.

4A blue 2000 Toyota Sienna minivan with license plate 811-NZR was stolen from a residence in the 17400 block of West Lane sometime between 6 p.m. March 23 and 7 a.m. March 24. The vehicle was unlocked and parked in the driveway with a spare key in the ash tray.

5A backpack containing electronics equipment and two iPads was stolen from a vehicle parked at the Sheraton, 375 S. Moorland Road, sometime between 8 p.m. March 23 and 7:30 a.m. March 24. A pry tool had been used to break the rear driver's side window in order to gain entry.

6A number of chargers were stolen from a vehicle parked at the Sheraton, 375 S. Moorland Road, sometime during the night of March 23 or early morning hours of March 24. The owner is uncertain if the vehicle was locked or not.

7Police were called to Burlington Coat Factory, 12575 W. Capitol Drive, at 1:54 p.m. March 24 to respond to a call about five females concealing merchandise. The subjects fled the scene in a vehicle described as a blue Dodge Caravan.

8Two garage door openers valued at approximately $400 were stolen by an employee from Geis Garage Doors & Building Products, 20520 Enterprise Ave. sometime before 10:52 a.m. March 25.

9A 2015 silver Lexus GS was reported stolen from the parking lot of Boston Store, 15875 W. Bluemound Road, at 3:44 p.m. March 26.

10A jacket valued at $155 was stolen from an employee area at Red Robin, 95 N. Moorland Road, sometime between 8 and 11:30 a.m. March 28. The complainant also told police that a fellow employee had had $350 in cash stolen from the area recently.

Drunken driving

11A subject of undisclosed age and gender was arrested for drunken driving after a traffic stop at Thomas Lane and West Bluemound Road at 12:18 a.m. March 26.

Other

12Police responded to a call from the Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, 19333 W. North Ave., at 3:09 p.m. March 25 after a woman claimed that someone had come in and kidnapped her newborn child. It was later found that Milwaukee County Child Protective Services had taken custody of the child due to mental health concerns related to the child's mother.

Theft

13A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for retail theft after being observed concealing and stealing four video games valued at $59.99 each from Best Buy, 19555 W. Bluemound Road, at 12:59 p.m. March 13.

Drug possession

14A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested and cited for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at Chuck E. Cheese, 19125 W. Bluemound Road, at 12:30 a.m. March 20.

VILLAGE OF ELM GROVE

Theft

15Four packs of 5 Hour Energy drinks with a total value of $82.48 were stolen by an unknown male suspect from Walgreens, 15350 W. Bluemound Road, at 8:43 p.m. March 24.

16Two women were arrested at Walgreens, 15350 W. Bluemound Road, at 10:56 p.m. March 24 after an employee called police to report a retail theft in progress. Upon arrival, police arrested one woman for retail theft after she admitted to stealing liquor from Walgreens. The second woman was arrested for party to retail theft and having open intoxicants in a vehicle. The second woman resisted arrest and was informed that she would be charged for that. Police later found that both women had provided false names and each had multiple warrants. Both were transported to Waukesha County Jail.

Drug possession

17A woman was arrested and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Western Racquet Club, 1800 Highland Drive, at 9:49 p.m. March 22.
