CITY OF BROOKFIELD
1An 18-year-old man was arrested and cited for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after attempting to steal condoms from Walgreens, 2205 N. Calhoun Road, at 1:12 p.m. March 9.
2Police were called to Enterprise Credit Union, 15850 W. Bluemound Road, at 7:10 p.m. March 9 to respond to a case of possible theft by an employee. The complainant expressed suspicion that an account specialist appears to have been stealing approximately $985 twice a day since May 20, 2015.
3A piece of art was stolen from the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center, 19805 W. Capitol Drive, sometime between 4 p.m. March 9 and 9:45 a.m. March 10.
4$250 was stolen from a purse at the waitress station at the Sheraton Hotel, 375 S. Moorland Road, sometime between 7:48 and 9:48 a.m. March 10.
5A number of undisclosed items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 18600 block of Emerald Circle sometime between 8:30 p.m. March 9 and 7 a.m. March 10.
6A number of undisclosed items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 500 block of Meadow Court sometime during the night of March 11 or early morning hours of March 12.
7Approximately $5 in change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 19300 block of Glenview Drive sometime between 10:30 p.m. and midnight March 12.
8An iPod and $5 in change were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 1500 block of Rolling Meadow Drive sometime between 4 p.m. March 13 and 6 a.m. March 14.
9Four Toyota 17-inch silver alloy rims with Bridgestone dueler tires were stolen off a vehicle parked at Jack Safro Toyota, 20655 W. Capitol Drive, sometime between 6 p.m. March 12 and 9 a.m. March 14.
10A purse containing an iPhone, a credit card, a drivers license, $60 in cash and keys was stolen from the shoe department at JC Penney, 95 N. Moorland Road, sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. March 14.
11A 20-year-old woman was arrested and cited for battery after getting into a physical altercation with another woman at Concentra Urgent Care, 2455 N. 124th St., at 4:02 p.m. March 11.
12A 41-year-old woman was arrested and charged with one count of disorderly conduct/domestic violence after a physical altercation outside Sears, 115 S. Moorland Road, at 10:51 p.m. March 11.
13A 75-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving at West Capitol Drive and Pilgrim Road at 1:30 p.m. March 9.
14A 22-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving at Thomson Drive and North Brookfield Road at 12:31 a.m. March 10.
15Police were called to St. John Vianney, 17500 Gebhardt Road, at 12:35 p.m. March 10 to respond to a call about a man videotaping children and looking in windows. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a 63-year-old Chinese man who spoke no English. The man passed them a note in Chinese which was translated by a Brookfield Central High School Chinese teacher. The note stated that the man was in America visiting his daughter and son-in-law and that he was enjoying the experience. The son-in-law brought the man into the police department and it was explained that it is not acceptable to videotape children without permission in this country. The video was deleted.

16Over $700 in cash and other miscellaneous belongings were stolen from three separate unlocked vehicles in the 800 block of North Brookfield Road sometime between 8 p.m. and 7:12 a.m. March 14.
17A 51-year-old Waukesha woman was arrested and cited for drunken driving after a traffic stop at West Bluemound Road and North Janacek Road at 12:54 a.m. March 12.
18A 26-year-old Waukesha man was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct at Motel 6, 20300 W. Bluemound Road, at 3:48 a.m. March 10 after police were called to his location multiple times. The man complained of a variety of things including have had his pills and cell phone stolen. On the final call, the man was in the lobby creating a disturbance.
VILLAGE OF ELM GROVE
19Approximately $2,400 worth of jewelry was stolen from a residence in the 13300 block of West Bluemound Road at 7:08 p.m. March 11. The complainant stated that she entered her bedroom and observed the suspect exit through a window. The suspect had entered the bedroom by cutting a screen.
20A man was arrested and cited for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at Sunnyslope Road and West Bluemound Road at 1:01 a.m. March 12.
21A man was arrested and cited for drunken driving after a traffic stop at Sunnyslope Road and West Bluemound Road at 2:42 a.m. March 10.
