Fairview South School, 3525 Bermuda Blvd., is holding its annual Craft Fair and Silent Auction from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2.
Fairview South serves the needs of students with mild to severe cognitive and physical disabilities from 12 school districts within southeast Wisconsin.
The students will be selling their hand-crafted items to earn funds to support classroom activities. These crafts make great holiday gifts.
Friends of Fairview South, the parent group coordinating the auction, hopes to raise $15,000. Auction proceeds will go toward purchasing adaptive equipment for the students. Many donations have already been received; donations will be accepted up to the day of the auction. Monetary donations can be made, cash or check (made payable to Friends of Fairview South).
This year’s top items include a Cockapoo puppy, Disney tickets, tickets to Milwaukee sports teams and more.
