TOWN OF BROOKFIELD - Town of Brookfield police are looking for leads as they search for a suspect who stole a Toppers Pizza delivery vehicle that had been left running.

Just before 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, police were dispatched to Toppers, 21461 E. Moreland Blvd., after an unknown woman entered a vehicle that had been left unlocked and running and stole it.

The delivery driver parked the vehicle, a 2016 Silver Kia Rio, and left it running while going inside to retrieve more food. 

Surveillance footage then shows the suspect approach and take the vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white woman in her mid-20s standing between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 10 inches with long brown or black hair. She was wearing a black tank top, grey and pink/salmon-colored pants, black and white tennis shoes and sunglasses. The woman was also seen carrying several shopping bags.

The vehicle's license plate is 288-ZCE.
