TOWN OF BROOKFIELD – The Corners has been described as a place where you can live, shop and dine.
Now, you can get a solid workout in too.
CycleBar is the latest business to announce a new location at the mixed-use lifestyle center at 20111 W. Bluemound Road.
CycleBar is a national indoor cycling franchise that will offer a variety of indoor cycling classes led by trained instructors. Amenities at the facility will include personal data monitors, advanced audio, video and lighting technology, complimentary shoes, snacks and water bottles.
“Adding CycleBar just a few weeks after the announcement of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt demonstrates the momentum that continues to build at The Corners,” The Corners Marketing Manager Chelsea Roessler said. “CycleBar will be a significant addition to the community and specifically The Corners.”
CycleBar owner David Pelsue is a UW-Madison graduate and he plans to hire approximately 15 employees for the latest location of his business.
"The Corners of Brookfield will be a perfect, central location for people to go and get a great workout in," Pelsue said. "I can't wait to introduce this concept that I am so passionate about to the lively and active Brookfield community and to all ages and levels of experience."
CycleBar offers a pay-per-class model and does not require a membership. The classes take place in a CycleTheatre and run for 50 minutes.
In addition to the classes and amenities, those who work out at CycleBar can take part in CycleGiving, a series of philanthropic events the business will host. Causes currently supported by CycleGiving include breast cancer awareness, heart disease research and prevention and raising awareness for men's health and well-being.
The Corners’ CycleBar will be the company’s second location in Wisconsin with the first being in Mequon. It will be located west of lululemon and across from Von Maur. CycleBar is expected to open this fall.
